Moto Jacket

It seems that Moto jackets are all the rage for this year and I, obviously, had to put my own twist in it!! I was shopping at Forever 21 when I saw this beauty; I knew instantly we were destined to be together! This is probably the softest and warmest coat I’ve owned in my life and it most certainly completes an otherwise boring outfit! I feel like camel and blue go really well together; I got inspired by the Cinderella colours because I’m watching the movie tonight, and I really love how the colours look together! The black represents… My love for the colour black? 😉  As always I’m wearing my staple Altuzarra black booties and my Celine Nano – with a lot of gold accessories!

Hello Spring!!

The birds are chirping, the sun is shinning and most importantly… THE SNOW IS MELTING! All of this means that spring is finally here! Positive digits equals spring coats; this red Zara coat is absolutely amazing and I love how light it is (definitely beats the parka I’ve been wearing for the last 5 months!) When I’m wearing something this bright I like to wear something neutral on the bottom, so I don’t look like a colour fest. An all black combo with a pop of maroon from the boots balances this bright coat perfectly!

Business Casual

Business school involves a lot of presentations, and presentations lead to blazers, slacks and high-heels! When I was getting ready yesterday morning I knew I had to dress business casual, so I decided that a cool t-shirt would do the trick to soften the otherwise boring “Business Look“. Button downs are great for a more professional setting, but for a 30 minute presentation? Not really!! I though that a nice blazer would be just enough to make me look professional but also keep everything else casual! As for shoes, I went for a four inch heel; it seems silly to be wearing six (or more) inch heels to a college presentation. The whole “Business Casual” look is one of my favourites to do; it doesn’t take much to pair up a nice blazer with a t-shirt and some nice slacks, and you instantly get a well put-together look!

Black & Cream

It seems that I finally realized that wearing stilettos in the winter is not a good idea – so this time, I chose to wear my Altuzarra heels that keep my feet toasty warm! I’m also loving these coated jeans; they are my staple pair this winter because of their leather look. My sweater is just a cream cable knit that I got while thrifting a long time ago; however the scarf was made by my dearest friend TheClothingKey! Zoey kindly made the scarf for me after I told her I didn’t have a cream one. My coat is from Charles and my must have accessories for this look are: aviators, Céline Nano, tons of rings, a gold watch, bracelets and of course the fedora hat!

Fashion Bite!

I am crazy for taking pictures in stilettos in -28 weather? Some would say I am! Yesterday I decided to take one of my staple outfits up a notch; high heels can make a complete difference in the way your outfit looks, not to mention they make your legs and butt look amazing! Leather jackets, flannels and black jeans have been a must-have in my closet for the longest time, and I believe they create a chic and effortless look for those days when we don’t want to think about our outfits toot much!

Edgy Bricks

Hello everyone! Yesterday while driving, my friend and I found this brick building and we knew we had to snap some pictures! This outfit is probably the most colourful I have worn this winter – the jacket itself is full of different colours such as red, burnt yellow, blue and green! The tribal print makes all the colours blend in nicely, so they all don’t clash and make me look like I’d just stepped out of the 80’s! My pants are black leather coated jeans which are amazingly comfortable! As for my top,I picked a grey cotton, long sleeved, shirt to match the hardware of the jacket and my jewelry. My new favourite Target booties had to make an appearance – I absolutely loved them, they match everything and give that extra “Rock n’ Roll” look to any outfit!
